…makes Jen’s a dull blog. It was a tremendous day, as far as I’m concerned, but it’s not much to write about. Work, work, work, but every bit a pleasure. First there […]
Mike is just about finished with a new Let There Be Night Stitchling pattern. Like the new Puzzle Pattern, this one has been in the works for years, but it had…um, problems. It was a good mail day: I got the free copy of The Thing About Georgie, by Lisa Graff, that I won last week, and I got several copies of Spider magazine with one of my games in it. It took a week to get the book, and 4-and-a-half years to get the magazine!
Over the weekend I drew up a calendar for the Spiderwick activity books and made a plan. My goal, as stated over at the 6 Writers, 1 Story blog, is to create 6 activities a day. For the Nancy Drew books, my goal was 10 a day, but that proved just about impossible. I reached that goal once, but it was July; days are longer then, and I didn’t have any other pressing work demands. That’s not the case now.
