What’s on my nightstand? Punished, by David Lubar.
You might recall, I’ve been wanting to read this book for some time, but it was always checked out of the library when I looked for it. That, of course, made me want to read it even more.
Punished is a book of puns and word play. That’s all I knew going into it, and that’s all I needed to know. Well, I also knew I really enjoyed Lubar’s book, Flip, too. I like Lubar’s sense of humor (he’s quite silly), and Flip has a clever premise, something else I especially like.
