Today we’re going site-seeing over at KayeWoodTV.com. This site offers videos of quilting and sewing demonstrations. This is where I first “met” Lazy Girl, Joan Hawley. I watched her demonstrate the making of the Chelsea Tote, and I was hooked, on the videos and Lazy Girl patterns.
I don’t have the fastest internet connection, so viewing this site takes a bit of a commitment on my part to allow the info to load, but it’s a commitment I’m willing to make. I leave the sound off and let the program load all the way while I do something else, then I return and replay the whole segment so that it runs straight through without stopping to load a kazillion times.
Now we need to either start a similar site for needlework demonstrations or convince Kaye Wood to expand her offerings to include embroidery. What do you think?

Hi Jen! Thank you for the lovely comments about my work. It means a great deal to me.
I think it’s a great idea to have Kaye Wood tackle all of the needle arts. She would be great!
My best,
Joan
