Yesterday, Monique over at My Mark designs released her first Needle and Thread: Stitching for Literacy bookmark pattern. She’s the first not-us designer to come out with a program bookmark pattern. Yay, Monique! We are so grateful!

As you can see, her first pattern offers 3 designs, so yes, she kicks my butt. And “Free knowledge: Bring your own container.” If only I could find one. Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! I love that.

You can see she’s used the blue Needle and Thread logo, which means she has committed to donating at least 10% of profits from this pattern to a literacy program. You can read about the one she’s chosen in this post on her blog. It’s perfect, don’t you think?
