I have not formally announced our latest three Bookmark Challenge participants. The following are all officially on board. If you would like to stitch a bookmark but don’t have a nearby shop or guild participating, please consider mailing your bookmark(s) to a registered participant. They would love to receive them and will get them into the hands–and books–of young readers.

Kat has been a Bookmark Challenge enthusiast since day one, offering ideas, advice, and encouragement behind the scenes. She is the first needlework designer to accept the Challenge. She’s fortunate to have a shop nearby where I’m guessing she’ll seek stitching help.
Do you have stitchy friends? Do you have a stitching group in your community? If you’re willing to contact a library and organize bookmark collection, you, too, can join the Bookmark Challenge as a participant. Let me know if this is something you’d like to do, and I will direct you to some resources and tools and get your group listed on the website. Remember, it takes just one person to get the Challenge ball rolling.
Psst…while it’s not yet official, the Redwood Stitchers chapter of EGA is also working to get on board for this year. It’s not too late, by any means.
