I know you love Alaska and its environs…but it’s just not in my genetic make-up. Even though it’s officially autumn and it’s 5:10 pm, it’s 82 here in Maryland. I’ve got the windows wide open and I’m loving it!

We are a season behind you. Fall arrived overnight on September 21 (how did it know). We went from hot to needing a small fire in the stove in the mornings. Leaves are changing in the higher elevations. But snow? Not ready for that just yet!
