Harvest
The garden has done well in spite of the late start and less-than-ideal conditions.

We’re eating lots of lettuce, chard, spinach, and radishes, some zucchini, beets, and peas. We’re blanching and freezing spinach, chard, collards, and kale for winter use. Yum!

We’re also smoking salmon. Double-yum!

And this delightful critter is content to look at the garden while munching fireweed and willows.
Notice the fall color on the tundra plants. The red plants behind the garden are wild blueberries.
